The Men's Table, phase one
Most people carrying real weight, in a business, a family, a community, learn to keep the true cost of it to themselves. There's rarely a room built for that kind of honesty. The Steadfast Collective is a Christ-centered table built to hold it. Real stories. Trusted counsel. Faithful leadership.
Not a network. Not a platform. A table.
Placeholder art. Swap for real photography once the pastoral conversation clears.
Who this table is for
Founders, executives, operators, and fathers already show up for everyone else. Steadfast is a place where that weight can be named honestly, among people who understand it firsthand.
Leaders whose decisions ripple through payrolls, boards, and households, and who rarely have a room where the real cost of that gets said out loud.
People in the middle of things, running teams, running businesses, running toward deadlines, who need counsel from someone who has actually been there.
Men carrying responsibility at home and in their church or neighborhood, looking for honest companionship rather than another program to run.
Our posture
This is how a relationship with Steadfast is meant to unfold. Not a funnel. A rhythm.
Before anything is offered, we listen to a person's actual situation, not a category we've already built for them.
Real stories from people who've carried similar weight, told without polish or a lesson tacked on at the end.
Small, trusted circles where what's said stays said, with clear referral to pastoral or professional help when that's what's needed.
Not a one-time event. A standing table people can return to as the season of their life changes.
Why Steadfast
These aren't taglines. They're the filters every decision about this table gets run through.
Rooted in the life and teachings of Jesus. Grace over performance, and no gatekeeping around who's spiritually "mature enough."
This is not a networking or lead-generation platform. Wealth and title are never treated as evidence of wisdom here.
Not a policy line, but a discipline built into every circle, with clear paths to clinical, legal, or pastoral help when it's genuinely needed.
Steadfast points people toward pastoral care, therapy, and professional counsel. It never claims to replace them.
Guidelines
These aren't fine print. They're the plain terms under which any of this gets built, worth stating clearly before anyone joins a conversation.
At the table
Draft principles. Final conduct and participation policy is still being written with pastoral, clinical, and legal input before any circle opens.
Confidentiality isn't assumed. It's stated, agreed to, and protected as the basic condition of trust.
This isn't the place to build a client list or a deal pipeline. Business conversations happen elsewhere.
People are here to tell the truth about what's actually happening, not to perform having it together.
Anything touching abuse, crisis, or clinical need gets pointed to a licensed professional or pastor, every time, without exception.
A standing table depends on consistency. Presence is a form of care here, not an obligation to perform.
Privacy and security
Before any circle meets, the systems behind it are being built to protect what's shared, not just say the right thing about protecting it.
Any digital tool used to coordinate or hold a circle conversation will run on encrypted channels, chosen because they're secure, not because they're convenient.
We collect what's needed to run a circle and nothing more. No selling, sharing, or repurposing anyone's information for anything beyond the table.
Nothing said in a circle is recorded, transcribed, or logged unless every person in the room has explicitly agreed to it.
Access to any participant information is restricted to the smallest possible group of people, and held only as long as it's actually needed.
Who's building this
Initiator, The Steadfast Collective
Matthew founded Bluvision, a BLE and real-time location technology company acquired by HID Global, and went on to lead product strategy across HID's global secure identity and access portfolio. Over two decades, he's built and led relationships with some of the largest companies in the world, including Coca-Cola, PNC, Verizon, the NFL, AT&T, and State Farm, always with the same instinct: protect what matters, and build something people can actually trust.
But Matthew's deeper purpose here isn't professional. He's experienced firsthand what honest, faith-centered fellowship can do for a man carrying real weight. It saved his life. That's why The Steadfast Collective exists, to give more men the same lifeline: a table where the truth is welcome, faith is real, and no one has to carry it alone.
What we're building
Nothing below is open yet. This is the shape of what's being discerned, in order.
A small archive of candid, first-person reflections from experienced leaders and fathers, grounded in what actually happened, not advice columns.
In developmentSmall peer groups of 6–8 men meeting consistently, built around trust and consistency rather than curriculum.
Pre-pilotClear, ready connections to pastoral counsel, licensed therapists, and other professionals for anything beyond what a peer circle can hold.
Being designedWhere things actually stand
Before any of this opens to contributors or the public, it's being carried into a conversation with a pastor, then a small founding group, in that order. If you're already in that conversation with Matthew, you know where to find him.
The Steadfast Collective is not a substitute for pastoral care, therapy, legal, financial, or medical advice. Anyone in crisis should reach a licensed professional or pastor directly.
